He sculpts life on the blank page of a wall.
Through his murals, he reinvents relief. Rather than working with added materials, he works with the wall itself, conceiving it as a living canvas.
His gestures dig, carve, and shape the existing surface, creating unique wall panels that are true works of relief and transform the space. By penetrating the material, he uncovers the history of the walls, revealing wallpaper, traces of old plaster, layers of wood and metal, and architectural scars that bear witness to a buried past. Then come Indian ink, gold, pencil, a brass rod, a Polaroid, and a mood.
These reveal the memory of the place and the echo of the souls who once inhabited it. These works lie at the intersection of art and architecture.
